Tricotism - Bass Quartet

Date Sep 22, 2011

Thanks to Jim Baird for digging this up. Sometime in the 80's I organized a concert at the ArtsCenter in Carrboro. It was a bass quartet with percussion and sax/flute. Here's Oscar Pettiford's "Tricotism" - and I'll warn you - there is way more bass playing here than you will ever want to hear.

Jim Baird, Matt Kendrick, Rick Jones, Robbie Link - basses

Rodney Marsh - winds

Beverly Botsford - percussion
